Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. To make any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, but you are welcome to return the order for a full refund once it is received.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and note that during holidays or sale seasons, there may be a slight delay. Orders will be shipped the day after processing is complete.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you have not received your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us, and we will issue a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are listed tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees once the order reaches your destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us if you receive any incorrect, missing, or defective items. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or process the cancellation request. If you haven't seen the refund posted, please check with your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.
